Professional Home Staging:

We will make an appointment to meet you at your home so we can go over your goals for selling your property and determine the time frame and deadlines.

We will evaluate your property and may take photos.  We will map out a design home staging plan that is specific to your property.  Our staging plan includes paint advice if needed in addition to furnishings that will highlight your homes features.  We will prepare a bid for Staging Services and email it to  you within 24 hours.  The bid includes Staging and De-Staging (when required). We do the work so you don’t have to.  Bids are always complimentary with no-obligation.

Home Staging Consultations Home Staging doesn’t have to be expensive.  There are often things you can do as a home owner to Stage your home yourself.  We will make an appointment to meet you at your home so we can go over your goals for selling your property and determine the time frame and deadlines.

We will do a complete walk through of your home and take photos of each room from all angles. We will deliver a full detailed written report of everything you need to do to stage the home on your own.  We will cover each room and give advice on paint recommendations if needed, as well as any quick fixes and repairs that need attention.”

After viewing your home we will prepare a Home Staging Consultation which includes everything you can do to Stage your home yourself.  We will deliver your report via email within 24 hours.

Real Estate Agents can also provide a home staging consultation to their clients as part of your listing agreement.

Home Staging Consultations are between $350-$500 depending on the size and condition of your home.

Project Management
Preparing your property for sale often requires repairs, improvements, cleaning etc. SF$ provides a project manager to act as a single point of contact to coordinate the schedules of all the service providers so the seller or Realtor doesn’t have to.

If you hire SF$ for a full staging we will manage your Staging project free of charge if you use our service providers.

We are more than happy to manage services providers that you select for a fee of $75.00 per hour.
